ACTUALLY DELICIOUS TURKEY BURGERS

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers image

This is a simple and delicious recipe. After making them the first time my husband said 'no more' to beef burgers. These are really good - any cooking method may be used, and they freeze very well. The recipe can also be used for meatballs or meat loaves.

Tips:

  • Choose lean ground turkey: It's healthier and will help the burgers stay moist.
  • Use a variety of seasonings: This will give the burgers more flavor. Some good options include garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, and chili powder.
  • Don't overmix the meat: This will make the burgers tough.
  • Use a hot grill or griddle: This will help the burgers get a nice sear.
  • Cook the burgers until they are no longer pink in the middle: This is important for food safety.
  • Serve the burgers on your favorite bun with your favorite toppings: Some good options include lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and avocado.
