2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter, cubed
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups salted peanuts
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • Combine 2 cups cookie crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Press onto the bottom of a 13x9-in. dish. 6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cold milk
1 (12 ounce) container whipped cream, thawed
3 1/4 cups cold milk
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages chocolate instant pudding

Steps:

  • Mix crushed cookies and butter in medium bowl.
  • Press firmly onto bottom of 13 by 9 in baking dish.
  • Refrigerate 10 minute.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and 2 tbsp of milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until blended well.
