WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE WITH ORANGE
White chocolate is very sweet and gentle, so it's best when complimented with a dash of something to enhance the flavor and cut the sweetness. A bit of tart citrus is perfect. Pic and recipe courtesy of Gale Gand

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better your hot chocolate will taste. Use real oranges, high-quality white chocolate, and whole milk or cream.
- Zest your oranges before juicing them: This will release the essential oils from the orange peel, which will give your hot chocolate a more intense orange flavor.
- Don't overheat the milk: Scald the milk until it is just simmering, but do not let it boil. Boiling the milk will cause it to lose its flavor and become thin.
- Add the white chocolate chips slowly: Whisk the white chocolate chips into the hot milk a little at a time, until they are melted and smooth.
- Serve immediately: Orange white hot chocolate is best served immediately, while it is still hot and creamy.
