Tips:

  • Prep Your Ingredients: Slicing and dicing your vegetables and meat ahead of time will help the cooking process go smoothly and quickly.
  • Control the Heat: High heat is key in a stir-fry. Make sure your pan or wok is nice and hot before adding the ingredients. This will help create that characteristic slightly charred flavor.
  • Stir Constantly: Stirring the ingredients regularly will help prevent them from sticking to the pan and ensure even cooking.
  • Sauce It Up: The sauce is what really makes this dish shine. Make sure you have all the ingredients measured out and ready to go before you start cooking.
  • Serve Immediately: Stir-fries are best served hot and fresh out of the pan. Don't let it sit around or it will lose its crispiness and flavor.
