Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 2 hours. 1 1/4 kg chicken thigh fillets
80 ml fresh orange juice
80 ml honey
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons ground coriander

fresh chives, finely chopped, to serve
