1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup sherry wine
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium tomatoes, sliced about 1/4 inch thick
