Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken. For best results, use boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs. You can also use bone-in chicken, but you will need to adjust the cooking time.
  • Marinate the chicken. Marinating the chicken in the orange-mustard sauce for at least 30 minutes will help to infuse it with flavor. If you don't have time to marinate the chicken, you can still make this recipe, but the flavor will be less intense.
  • Grill the chicken over medium heat. This will help to prevent the chicken from burning and will allow it to cook through evenly.
  • Baste the chicken with the orange-mustard sauce while it is cooking. This will help to keep the chicken moist and flavorful.
  • Serve the chicken with your favorite sides. Roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a salad are all great options.

Conclusion:

This orange-mustard grilled chicken recipe is a delicious and easy way to cook chicken. The marinade infuses the chicken with flavor, and the orange-mustard sauce adds a tangy and slightly sweet flavor. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend cookout.
