ORANGE CREAMSICKLE JELLO FLUFF
I stole this recipe from my grandmother years ago. I have served it at various pot lucks ever since. You won't be disappointed when you try this recipe! Super easy to make. You may vary on flavors and have fun with it! You could also put this in graham cracker pie crusts and make a pie out of it!

Steps:
- 1. With a hand mixer blend 1 package of cream cheese with 2 tubs of Cool Whip. Once blended, add the 2 boxes of jello. Then blend coconut into mixture. Next gently blend in 1 can of drained crushed pineapple (I blend on low speed just until evenly mixed into cream cheese mixture-if blended too much, it will make the mixture soupy).
- 2. Gently fold into mixture drained Mandarin Oranges and Marshmallows.
- 3. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. (I prefer to let set overnight for flavors to set.) You can get into this right away after mixing. The mixture should not be soupy or runny. It should have a "Mousse-like" texture. Enjoy!
Tips:
- To make the fluff even creamier, use frozen orange juice concentrate instead of fresh juice.
- For a more intense orange flavor, add a few drops of orange extract to the mix.
- If you don't have vanilla pudding mix, you can use instant vanilla pudding mix instead.
- To make the fluff ahead of time, prepare it according to the recipe and then refrigerate it for up to 24 hours. When you're ready to serve, let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften.
Conclusion:
Orange Creamsicle Jello Fluff is a light and refreshing dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It's easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. Whether you like it more orangey or creamy, this recipe is sure to please. So next time you're looking for a delicious and festive dessert, give Orange Creamsicle Jello Fluff a try.
