Tips:

  • Use fresh oranges for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh oranges, you can use orange juice concentrate, but be sure to dilute it with water according to the package directions.
  • Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. This will help to create a smooth and creamy cookie.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. This will help to prevent the cookies from becoming dry.
  • Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Overmixing will make the cookies tough.
  • Chill the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help to prevent the cookies from spreading too much in the oven.
  • Bake the cookies at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to brown.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Conclusion:

Orange cream cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. With their bright citrus flavor and creamy texture, these cookies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give these orange cream cookies a try. You won't be disappointed!
