Tips:

  • Use fresh oranges for the best flavor. If you only have access to store-bought juice, choose a brand that is 100% orange juice and has no added sugar.
  • Be sure to toast the pecans before adding them to the mixture. This will help to bring out their flavor and make them more crunchy.
  • If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can test the syrup by dropping a small amount into a glass of cold water. If the syrup forms a soft ball, it is ready.
  • Allow the pecans to cool completely before storing them. This will help to prevent them from sticking together.

Conclusion:

Orange cinnamon pecans are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that is perfect for parties, potlucks, or just enjoying at home. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a sweet and crunchy treat that everyone will love.
