  • 4. If desired...melt some chocolate and drizzle on top of the cake. and, Or.....serve with a dollop of whipping cream! I love whipped cream, so I want it on everything..LOL!
  • 5. TIPS: You can also make this in a 9 x13 pan, if desired to do so. It is important that you grease and flour your bundt pan..this cake is very moist and has a tendency to stick if not greased properly. If making in a 9 x 13 pan you don't have to remove the cake, poke holes just as above and pour glaze over the top.

Tips:

  • Use fresh oranges for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh oranges, you can use orange juice concentrate, but the flavor will be less intense.
  • Grate the chocolate finely. This will help it distribute evenly throughout the cake.
  • Don't overbeat the batter. Overbeating can make the cake tough.
  • Bake the cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the toothpick comes out with batter or crumbs attached, the cake needs to bake longer.
  • Let the cake cool completely before frosting it. This will help the frosting set properly.
  • Store the cake in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

This orange chocolate jello cake is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion.
