ORANGE CHICKEN KABOBS
Put your marinade and cubed chicken together and marinate at least 2 hours. I also cut my veggies and put them in another bag with a little of the same marinade. I do this in the morning and then all I have to do at dinner time is assemble my kabobs and grill them! I serve with a rice pilaf of brown rice and wild rice.

Tips:
- Use fresh oranges for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh oranges, you can use store-bought orange juice. However, fresh oranges will give your chicken a more intense orange flavor.
- Make sure to marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. This will help the chicken absorb the flavors of the marinade and make it more tender.
- If you don't have time to marinate the chicken for 30 minutes, you can still make this recipe. Just cook the chicken for a few minutes longer, until it is cooked through.
- Serve the chicken kabobs with your favorite dipping sauce. Some good options include teriyaki sauce, sweet and sour sauce, or orange sauce.
Conclusion:
Orange chicken kabobs are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for any occasion. They are perfect for a weeknight dinner, a party, or a potluck. The chicken is tender and juicy, and the orange marinade gives it a sweet and tangy flavor. The kabobs are also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables.
