Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of beef: Flank steak or skirt steak are good choices for this recipe, as they are both flavorful and relatively inexpensive cuts of meat.
  • Slice the beef against the grain: This will help to tenderize the meat and make it more enjoyable to eat.
  • Marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes: This will help to add flavor and moisture to the meat.
  • Use a hot pan to cook the beef: This will help to sear the meat and create a nice crust.
  • Cook the beef for a short amount of time: Overcooking will toughen the meat.
  • Use fresh orange juice: Fresh orange juice will give the sauce a brighter and more vibrant flavor.
  • Add the sauce to the beef towards the end of cooking: This will help to prevent the sauce from burning.
  • Serve the beef with rice or noodles: This will help to soak up the delicious sauce.
