Tips:

  • For a crispy crust, make sure the oil is hot enough before adding the battered bread. A good way to test the oil is to drop a small piece of bread into it. If it sizzles immediately, the oil is hot enough.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when frying the bread. This will cause the oil temperature to drop and the bread will not cook evenly.
  • If you are using a cast iron skillet, preheat it over medium heat for at least 5 minutes before adding the oil. This will help to create a crispy crust.
  • Serve the onion dill batter bread immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Conclusion:

Onion dill batter bread is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. With its crispy crust and flavorful interior, this bread is sure to be a hit at your next party or gathering. So next time you're looking for a new and exciting way to enjoy bread, give this recipe a try.
