Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 ¼ cups fat-free ricotta cheese
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water, or more, if needed
1 pound ground turkey
1 medium zucchini, finely chopped
1 (26.5 ounce) can pasta sauce (such as Ragu®), divided

Steps:

  • Mix 1 cup mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and salt together in a bowl. Add water if needed.

Tips:

  • Use a large skillet: This will ensure that there is enough room for all of the ingredients and that the lasagna cooks evenly.
  • Brown the beef and sausage thoroughly: This will help to develop the flavor of the lasagna.
  • Use a variety of cheeses: This will create a more complex and flavorful lasagna.
  • Don't overcook the lasagna: The noodles should be al dente, or slightly firm to the bite.
  • Let the lasagna rest before serving: This will help the flavors to meld and the lasagna to set.

Conclusion:

One-skillet lasagna is a quick and easy weeknight meal that is sure to please the whole family. It is a great way to use up leftover ingredients, and it can be customized to your liking. With a little planning, you can have a delicious and satisfying lasagna on the table in no time.
