2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup diced onion
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2-3 cups of cubed ham
32 ounces chicken broth
8 ounces mini seashell pasta (uncooked)
2 Teaspoons oregano (dried)
2 Teaspoons basil (dried)
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
shredded Parmesan cheese for topping

Steps:

  • In a large skillet or pot, add garlic, onion and olive oil. Heat on medium for about 3-5 minutes or until the onion begins to soften and become translucent.

3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
