ONE PAN MEATLOAF DINNER
I love to cook. I could stay in the kitchen all day but I must confess that I don't like the clean up part. This one pan dinner is a favorite. You simply put everyting in a 9x13 inch baking pan or a large casserole. I love the simplicity and most of the ingredients are things you have on hand....

MINI MEAT LOAF SHEET-PAN MEAL
I grew up with this meat loaf recipe, but I adapted it to mini meatloaves so that it would bake more quickly. The sauce topping is always a hit. I added the potatoes and asparagus to make the meal easier. -Deanne Johnson, Reading, Pennsylvania
