Tips:

  • Choose fresh, thick salmon fillets: This will ensure that the salmon remains moist and flaky after cooking.
  • Marinate the salmon in honey, garlic, and soy sauce: This will add flavor and help to tenderize the fish.
  • Roast the salmon and asparagus together: This is a great way to save time and create a delicious one-pan meal.
  • Use a nonstick skillet: This will help to prevent the salmon and asparagus from sticking.
  • Cook the salmon until it is cooked through but still flaky: Overcooked salmon will be dry and tough.
  • Serve the salmon and asparagus immediately: This dish is best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.

Conclusion:

This one-pan honey garlic salmon and asparagus recipe is a quick, easy, and delicious way to cook salmon. The salmon is perfectly cooked and flaky, while the asparagus is tender and flavorful. This dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.
