ONE PAN FALL DINNER

One Pan Fall Dinner image

The juices from the kielbasa give the potatoes and green beans a flavor everyone loves. Frozen green beans can be substituted for fresh if need be but fresh are best.

Provided by Debbwl

Categories     One Dish Meal

Time 30m

Yield 2-4 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 lb smoked kielbasa
1 lb new potato
1 lb fresh green beans

Steps:

  • Place kielbasa in a frying pan with a lid.
  • Cut potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on size.
  • Place potatoes in center of kielbasa.
  • Place green beans on top of potatoes.
  • Cover and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Tips:

  • Use a large skillet or Dutch oven: This will prevent overcrowding and ensure that the ingredients cook evenly.
  • Brown the chicken in batches: If you overcrowd the skillet, the chicken will not brown properly. Cook the chicken in batches, removing it from the skillet once it is browned and setting it aside.
  • Cook the vegetables in the same skillet: This will save time and add flavor to the vegetables. Use a variety of vegetables, such as carrots, potatoes, onions, and Brussels sprouts.
  • Add a flavorful sauce: A simple sauce can really elevate the flavor of the dish. Try using a tomato-based sauce, a creamy mushroom sauce, or a tangy mustard sauce.
  • Serve the dish immediately: This dish is best served hot, so make sure to serve it as soon as it is finished cooking.

Conclusion:

One-pan fall dinners are a great way to save time and energy in the kitchen. They are also a great way to get a healthy and delicious meal on the table. With a little planning, you can create a one-pan fall dinner that the whole family will love. Just follow these tips and you'll be on your way to a delicious and easy meal.
