ONE BOWL MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE FUDGE
EZ yummy fudge recipe my Mother gave me. The hardest part is waiting 2 hours for it to set in the refrigerator. You can substitute the semi-sweet chocolate for milk chocolate, if you prefer, requiring 16 oz. of milk chocolate chips. Also vary the recipe by adding chopped nuts and 2 cups of miniature marshmallows to create "Rocky Road Fudge"...mmmmmm good! I hope you enjoy this.

Tips:
- Use a microwave-safe bowl that is large enough to hold all the ingredients comfortably, as the mixture will expand during cooking.
- Measure the ingredients accurately, as precise measurements are essential for successful microwave fudge.
- Stir the fudge mixture every 30 seconds to a minute during cooking to ensure even heating and to prevent the sugar from crystallizing.
- Do not overcook the fudge, as it will become hard and crumbly instead of creamy and smooth. To test if the fudge is done, insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
- Allow the fudge to cool completely before cutting and serving, as it will continue to firm up as it cools.
