Tips:
- Use softened butter. This will make the dough easier to mix and will also help the cookies spread more evenly in the oven.
- Chill the dough. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much in the oven.
- Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing can make the cookies tough and dense.
- Use a cookie scoop to drop the dough onto the baking sheet. This will help ensure that the cookies are all the same size and shape.
- Bake the cookies until they are golden brown. Overbaking can make the cookies dry and crumbly.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before frosting them. This will help the frosting set properly.
Conclusion:
Ollie Beans Coconut Bar Cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. With a chewy coconut filling and a sweet cream cheese frosting, these cookies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
