1/4 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 cup light corn syrup

4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, diced
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
