½ cup distilled white vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard, sift,removing lumps
2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika
2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 (3 1/2 lb) broiler chickens, cut into 2 wings,2 breasts,2 thighs,and 2 legs (save rest for another use)
