1 cup frozen peas
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup fat-free sour cream
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup 2% milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cans (5 ounces each) light tuna in water, drained and flaked
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
TOPPING:
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions for al dente, adding peas during the last minute of cooking; drain., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, cheese, milk and salt; stir in tuna, onion and pepper. Add noodles and peas; toss to combine., Transfer to an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, toss bread crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over top. 7 ounces dried egg noodles ((3 - 3 1/2 cups cooked))
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon oregano
3/4 teaspoon basil
dash of thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups milk ((I use 2%))
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 cup frozen peas*
2 cans tuna ((2 x 6 1/2 ounce / 2 x 184 grams, drained and flaked))
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter melted

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350° (180° celsius). Lightly grease a 10 x 8 x 2 inch (27 x 21 x 6 centimeter) baking dish.
  • In a small bowl with a fork combine melted butter and bread crumbs, set aside.
  • In a large pot of boiling salted water cook the egg noodles al dente and drain.
  • In a small pot of boiling water cook the peas till just tender.
  • In a medium pot over low to medium heat melt 1/4 cup butter, whisk in flour, basil, oregano, thyme and salt. Slowly whisk in the milk and stir constantly until sauce thickens**
  • Remove from heat and add the parmesan cheese stir to combine.
  • Fold in the drained noodles, peas and tuna.

1 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms (drained)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (tossed with 1 tbsp melted butter)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

8 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)

1 small white onion, minced
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ½ cups shredded white Cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen sweet peas
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 cup panko bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon ground paprika
