3/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (not quick-cooking)
1 cup raisins

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8-inch square baking pan. Line bottom with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides; butter paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together butter, sugars, egg, salt, and cinnamon until smooth. Add flour, oats, and raisins; fold in just until combined.

½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup rolled oats
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup raisins
½ cup flaked coconut
½ cup pitted sour cherries, drained with liquid reserved

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of brown sugar, butter, 1/2 cup of flour and oats until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch square pan. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.

1-1/2 cups sour cream

CRUMB MIXTURE:
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1-3/4 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cold butter, cubed

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Stir in sour cream until smooth. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from the heat. Stir a small amount of hot filling into eggs; return all to pan, stirring constantly. 1/2 cup packed dark-brown sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 cups raisins
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Nonstick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
