Should make about 24 cookies. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy!
Tips:
- Use old-fashioned oats for the best texture and flavor.
- Be sure to toast the oats before using them in the cookies. This will enhance their flavor and make them more crunchy.
- Use a combination of light and dark brown sugar for a richer flavor.
- Add extra maple flavor by using maple extract in the dough and maple syrup in the glaze.
