⅓ cup old-fashioned oats
2 teaspoons ground flax seed
¼ teaspoon salt
⅔ cup water
¼ cup egg whites
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon brown sugar, or to taste
ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon milk as needed

Steps:

  • Place oats in microwave-safe container that can hold at least 4 cups. Stir in the flaxseed and salt. Whisk together the water and egg whites, pour over the oats and stir gently until just combined. Microwave on MEDIUM power for 4-6 minutes (depending on your microwave).

2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups brown sugar (packed)
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter morsels
1 1/2 cups quick oats

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  • Then add butter, brown sugar, eggs and water.

1 cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup white sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
