Tips:
- Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your muffins will be.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing will result in tough muffins. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Use good quality chocolate chips: The better the chocolate chips, the better your muffins will taste.
- Don't overfill the muffin cups: Fill the cups only about 2/3 full, or the muffins will overflow in the oven.
- Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will ensure that the muffins are cooked through.
- Let the muffins cool before frosting: This will help the frosting set properly.
