2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
1 cup fat-free milk
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
