1 pound(s) bag coleslaw ( i use the cabbage, carrot, red cabbage mix)
3 or 4 - green onions (cut up)
1 package(s) beef flavored ramen noodles
3/4 ounce(s) slivered almonds
1/4 cup(s) salted shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
1/3 cup(s) cider vinegar
1/4 cup(s) white sugar

Steps:

  • mix the cabbage, green onion, the noodles only from the beef ramen noodle package. (break them up into small pieces), the almonds and the sunflower seeds.
  • In a small bowl mix the oil, the cider vinegar, the sugar and the beef packet from the ramen noodle package. when mixed pour over the cabbage mixture. let sit in the fridge for at least 2 to 4 hours to blend the flavors. stir once and awhile when in fridge.
