- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

- Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

- In another bowl, beat egg until light, then beat in sugar.
- Add baking powder and flour, blending well.

- Bake in 350°F oven for 6-8 minutes. We like them completely brown, thus very crispy.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and 1-1/3 cups sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
