Tips:

  • Use natural peanut butter: Natural peanut butter is made from 100% peanuts and does not contain any added sugars, oils, or preservatives. It has a more intense peanut flavor and is healthier than regular peanut butter.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will result in a tough, dense bread. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the bread in a preheated oven: Preheat the oven to the desired temperature before baking the bread. This will help the bread to rise evenly and prevent it from sinking in the middle.
  • Let the bread cool completely before slicing: Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing it. This will help to prevent the bread from crumbling.
