NO-SALT WHOLE-WHEAT BREAD
I am on a salt-free diet now and have been baking bread at home for some time. I use a Beko bread machine for kneading the dough, and oven-bake it later. I tried out several combinations. This is my favourite.

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: The fresher your ingredients are, the better your bread will taste. If possible, use whole wheat flour that has been freshly milled.
- Measure your ingredients accurately: Baking is a science, and precise measurements are essential for success. Use a kitchen scale to measure your ingredients by weight, rather than relying on volume measurements. This will ensure that your bread turns out perfectly every time.
- Knead the dough properly: Kneading the dough develops the gluten in the flour, which gives bread its structure and elasticity. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place: The dough needs to rise in a warm place in order to double in size. This will typically take about 1-2 hours. You can speed up the rising process by placing the dough in a warm oven (turned off) or in a sunny spot.
- Bake the bread at a high temperature: Bread should be baked at a high temperature (400°F or higher) in order to get a crispy crust and a fluffy interior. If you bake the bread at a lower temperature, it will be more dense and chewy.
Conclusion:
Making no-salt whole wheat bread at home is easy and rewarding. With a little practice, you'll be able to make delicious, healthy bread that your whole family will love. Be sure to experiment with different types of flour and add-ins to create your own unique loaf of bread.
