Tips:

  • Use a Dutch oven: This will help to create a moist and evenly cooked loaf of bread.
  • Don't overwork the dough: Overworking the dough will make the bread tough. Simply mix the ingredients until they are just combined.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place: This will help the dough to rise properly and result in a light and airy loaf of bread.
  • Don't skip the overnight rise: This is an important step that helps to develop the flavor of the bread.
  • Bake the bread at a high temperature: This will help to create a crispy crust and a chewy interior.
  • Let the bread cool completely before slicing: This will help to prevent the bread from tearing.
