NO-BONES CHICKEN WING DIP
Found this recipe in April 2008 "Taste of Home" Magazine - credited to Shirley Gawlik of New York. Made it when we had company over and it was a big hit. There are other similar recipes here, but this one is just a little different. Has the flavor of hot wings but without any bones. Makes a BIG batch so you won't run out. For the Buffalo wing sauce, I just used one package of dry mix I found with the prepared mixes in the grocery store.

This tastes just like hot chicken wings, but without the mess. It is very addicting, and is perfect for football and tailgating season. Serve with tortilla chips. I take this whenever I have to bring a dish and am always asked for the recipe.

Tips:
- Prep in Advance: To save time, chop the vegetables and cook the chicken a day before. Store them separately in the fridge. Combine everything before baking.
- Choose Your Cheese: This recipe works best with a robust cheese like cheddar. You can also use a blend of cheeses, such as mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Spice It Up: Add a dash of cayenne or chili powder to give the dip a spicy kick. You can also stir in chopped jalapenos or diced chipotle peppers.
- Control the Heat: Keep an eye on the dip while it's in the oven. The cheese should be melted and bubbly, but not browned.
- Serve with a Variety of Dippers: Offer a variety of dippers, such as tortilla chips, crackers, and vegetable crudités, to accommodate different preferences.
