1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
6 cups crisp rice cereal

  • In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and confectioners' sugar; stir in cereal. Divide dough in half. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. 1 cup + 2 Tablespoons (280g) creamy peanut butter, divided
1 cup (180g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch square baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
