Time 12m

Yield 12 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons nonfat milk
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Mix all the ingredients together and roll into individual balls. Throw them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Use a large mixing bowl. The cookie dough will be thick and sticky, so you'll need a large bowl to mix it in.
  • Chill the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes before shaping it into balls. This will help the cookies to hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much in the oven.
  • If the cookie dough is too sticky to handle, add a little more flour, one tablespoon at a time, until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Use a variety of mix-ins to create your own unique Monster Cookies. Some popular mix-ins include chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, oatmeal, chopped nuts, and dried fruit.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set in the center. Overbaking will make the cookies dry and crumbly.

Conclusion:

No-Bake Monster Cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand, and they can be customized to your liking with a variety of mix-ins. The cookies are also no-bake, which means that they are a great option for those who don't have an oven or who are short on time.
