1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee crystals or 1 1/2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 -5 tablespoons strong coffee or 4 -5 tablespoons water
1/2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
sifted confectioners' sugar (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine crushed cookies, the 1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar, the nuts, cocoa powder, coffee crystals and cinnamon.
  • Add brewed espresso, coffee or water, using just enough to moisten.

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/3 cup light corn syrup

  • 1. Dissolve coffee granules in whiskey in small cup. Mix wager crumbs, pecans and 1 cup of the powdered sugar in large bowl. Add whiskey mixture and corn syrup and mix well. 3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
2/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream
12 ounce bag chocolate chips or candy melts

Steps:

  • Combine vanilla wafer crumbs and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Add corn syrup, Baileys Irish Cream and mix well. Make balls of about 2 heaping tablespoons each of the vanilla wafer mixture.
