  • Use a food processor or blender to make the brownie mixture smooth and creamy.
  • If you don't have a food processor or blender, you can mash the bananas by hand, but make sure they are very ripe and mashed until smooth.
  • Be careful not to overmix the brownie mixture, or the brownies will be tough.
  • Press the brownie mixture firmly into the pan, so that the brownies are evenly thick.
  • Chill the brownies for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
  • For a richer fudge flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet chocolate.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt to the top of the brownies before chilling for a sweet and salty flavor combination.
  • For a fun twist, try adding chopped nuts, dried fruit, or chocolate chips to the brownie mixture.
