1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
10 tablespoons butter (melted)
1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
8 ounces 1/3 less fat (Neufchatel) or regular cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
16 ounces whipped topping (2 8-ounce containers) (like Cool Whip)
5.1 ounces vanilla instant pudding
5.9 ounces chocolate fudge instant pudding
3 cups milk
¼ cup grated semi-sweet chocolate bar
additional finely chopped nuts (for garnish (optional))

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, melted butter, and chopped nuts until well combined and crumbly. Press into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown around edges. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  • In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Fold in 1 container of Cool Whip and stir to combine well. Spread over cooled crust.

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
1 cup powdered sugar
4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix
4 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 1/2 ounces milk chocolate candy bars, grated

Steps:

  • For the crust, mix flour, butter and nuts until crumbly, press into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar on high with a mixer until smooth.
  • Fold in half the whipped topping.
  • Spread over cooled crust.
  • Mix the puddings with milk, beat slowly with mixer until smooth (2 minutes).
  • Spread on top of cheese layer.
  • Let stand a few minutes, then spoon remaining whipped topping over top and spread carefully.
  • Sprinkle with grated milk chocolate bar.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
8 oz Cool Whip, divided
1 lg. pkg. Vanilla pudding
1 lg. pkg. chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 chocolate bar

Steps:

  • Mix the flour, melted butter and crushed pretzels together and put in a 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar and 4 oz. of Cool Whip together. Spread over cooled crust. Mix the puddings, and milk together. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining (4 oz.) Cool Whip. Grate chocolate bar over Cool Whip.
  • Refrigerate 3 hrs.

1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts are what I use)
1 (13 ounce) container Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
chopped nuts (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Mix flour,butter and 1 cup nuts,press into bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Beat together 1/2 of the cool whip,and all of the cream cheese and sugar.
  • Spread over cooled crust.
  • Mix chocolate pudding mix and milk,spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
