1 cup all-purpose flour
⅔ cup butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (5.1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
⅛ cup grated semisweet chocolate

Steps:

  • Combine flour, butter, and chopped nuts. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, and 1 container of whipped topping until well mixed. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
  • Mix pudding mixes and milk well until thick. Spread evenly over the cream cheese filling. Spread remaining container of whipped topping over the pudding layer. Sprinkle grated chocolate over the top.
  • Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours before serving.

1 cup crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 (750 milliliter) bottle mango flavored rum
8 cubes ice
¼ cup whipping cream
4 cherries with stems

Steps:

  • Combine the pina colada mix, pineapple with juice, vanilla ice cream, rum, and ice in a blender. Blend until slushy.

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts are what I use)
1 (13 ounce) container Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
chopped nuts (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Mix flour,butter and 1 cup nuts,press into bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Beat together 1/2 of the cool whip,and all of the cream cheese and sugar.
  • Spread over cooled crust.
  • Mix chocolate pudding mix and milk,spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
  • Top with remaining cool whip and gransh with nuts.
  • Refrigerate until well chilled.

A nurse I worked with many years ago gave me this recipe, I have used it often. It's very easy and makes a great summer dessart.

1 c flour
1 c finely chopped pecans
1 9 oz carton frozen whipped topping thawed
1 6 3/4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
3 c cold milk
1/2 c softed butter
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese softened.
1 c sugar
1 6 3/4 oz chocolate pudding mix
1 grated chocolate candy bar (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. make the bottom crust by mixing together flour, butter, and pecans until crumb like. press into a greased 13x9" baking pan, bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until lightly golden rown.
  • 2. take out of oven and cool completely.
  • 3. beat cream cheese, with sugar until smooth, fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping, then spread mixture over cooled crust.
  • 4. combine vanilla and chocolate pudding mixes and beat in milk until smooth and thickened. spread over cream cheese layer.
  • 5. spread the remaning whipped topping over the top. sprinkle with the greated chocolate candy bar cover and refrigerate over night.
