The BEST Chipped Beef Dip we've ever made! This retro classic is packed with flavor and fabulous served with baguette slices or crackers... Or with fresh cut veggies as a low carb snack!

16 ounces cream cheese, (softened)
½ cup sour cream
4.5 ounce package dried beef, (AKA chipped beef or Buddig Beef)
½ cup chopped green onions
¼ cup pickled jalapenos, (drained and diced (mild or hot))
1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Place the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder and mix until very smooth. (Make sure there are no clumps of cream cheese left.)
  • Chop the dried beef into scant pieces. Then chop the green onions, jalapenos, and dill. Mix the dried beef, green onions, jalapenos, and dill into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Chill until ready to serve. Serve with toasted baguette slices, butter crackers, or fresh cut vegetables.

3 -4 green onions, chopped (i like a lot of onion in mine)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4-1/2 cup sour cream (add enough to make a creamy consistency)
1 tablespoon garlic powder, i just keep sprinkling and mixing until i get the flavor desired
