Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of steak. Flank steak, skirt steak, and tenderloin are all good choices for marinating.
  • Use a flavorful marinade. The marinade should contain acidic ingredients, such as vinegar or lemon juice, to help tenderize the steak. It should also contain herbs and spices, such as garlic, rosemary, and thyme, to add flavor.
  • Marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours. Marinating the steak for too long can make it tough.
  • Cook the steak over high heat. This will help to sear the steak and lock in the juices.
  • Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the steak.

Conclusion:

With its bold flavors and tender texture, this Nebraska steak marinade is the perfect way to elevate your next steak dinner. Whether you're grilling, pan-frying, or broiling your steak, this marinade will help you create a delicious and memorable meal. So next time you're looking for a new way to cook steak, give this marinade a try. You won't be disappointed!
