Time 5m

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 oz dark spiced rum
1/2 oz orange liqueur, grand marnier, cream
1/2 oz creme de cacao, dark
1 tsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
3/4 oz half-and-half cream
6 oz coffee, strong, hot
1 oz whipped cream
1/2 tsp orange rind, grated
1/2 tsp almonds, ground
1 pinch cinnamon, ground

Steps:

  • 1. To the bottom of your glass add the rum, grand marnier, creme de cacao, butter, sugar, cream and hot coffee.
  • 2. Stir 1 minute to ensure that everything is well blended.
  • 3. Next add the whipped cream, sprinkle with orange rind, ground almonds and cinnamon.
  • 4. Sit in a comfy chair, put on some music, close your eyes and enjoy.

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality coffee beans: The quality of your coffee beans will greatly impact the final flavor of your coffee. Look for beans that are freshly roasted and have a smooth, even roast.
  • Grind your coffee beans just before brewing: Grinding your coffee beans just before brewing will help to preserve their flavor and aroma.
  • Use the right amount of coffee: The amount of coffee you use will depend on your personal preference and the brewing method you are using. A good starting point is to use 2 tablespoons of coffee for every 6 ounces of water.
  • Use the right water temperature: The ideal water temperature for brewing coffee is between 195°F and 205°F. Water that is too hot can extract bitter flavors from the coffee beans, while water that is too cold will not extract enough flavor.
  • Brew your coffee for the right amount of time: The brewing time will depend on the brewing method you are using. A good starting point is to brew your coffee for 4-5 minutes.
  • Enjoy your coffee! Coffee is a delicious and versatile beverage that can be enjoyed in many different ways. Experiment with different brewing methods and flavors to find your perfect cup of coffee.

My Plantation Coffee is a delicious and easy-to-make coffee recipe that can be enjoyed by coffee lovers of all levels.
