Steps:
- 1. Preheat Oven @ 400 degrees. Spray with pam 2 Large pans 15X 17. Mix all the Dry ingredients, then add wet, ingredients, Mix well. (EXCEPT the Peaches.)
- 2. Pour batter into bottom of 2 large pans (15 X 17 pan) Pour over top 1 gallon peaches in each pan, juice & all.
- 3. Bake @ 400 for 45-60 min Serve Chilled, & topped with Whipped cream or Ice Cream.
