Need to Serve a Crowd, or Re-union or Church function, This will do just that. this recipe will easily serve 50- 60 servings. Everyone enjoys peaches.

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 Cups butter or margarine ( butter preferred)
8 Cups flour
8 Cups sugar
4 Tbs cinnamon
16 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
6 Cups milk
2 gallons canned peaches

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat Oven @ 400 degrees. Spray with pam 2 Large pans 15X 17. Mix all the Dry ingredients, then add wet, ingredients, Mix well. (EXCEPT the Peaches.)
  • 2. Pour batter into bottom of 2 large pans (15 X 17 pan) Pour over top 1 gallon peaches in each pan, juice & all.
  • 3. Bake @ 400 for 45-60 min Serve Chilled, & topped with Whipped cream or Ice Cream.
