Tips:

  • For a moist and flavorful zucchini bread, use freshly grated zucchini. If you don't have a grater, you can use a food processor fitted with the grating blade.
  • To measure the zucchini correctly, grate it and then let it sit in a colander for a few minutes to drain off excess moisture.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the bread tough.
  • Bake the bread until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the toothpick comes out with wet batter, continue baking for a few more minutes.
  • Let the bread cool completely before frosting or glazing.

Conclusion:

Paula Deen's zucchini bread is a classic recipe that is easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. With its moist and flavorful crumb, this bread is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. Whether you enjoy it plain, with butter, or with a glaze, Paula Deen's zucchini bread is sure to be a hit.
