1 1/2 cups blueberries
Creamed ingredients
1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your muffins will be.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the muffins tough.
  • Fill the muffin cups only about 2/3 full. This will allow the muffins to rise properly.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking can make the muffins dry.
  • Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. This will help the muffins to hold their shape.
  • Enjoy the muffins warm or at room temperature. They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Conclusion:

Weetabix muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or snack. They are a great way to use up leftover bananas, and they can be made with a variety of other ingredients, such as chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.
