Tips:

  • Use a thin, crispy pizza crust. This will help the pizza stay crispy, even after it is topped with the olive salad and other ingredients.
  • Don't overload the pizza with toppings. The olive salad is the star of the show, so don't add too many other toppings. A few simple ingredients, such as mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and basil, will do the trick.
  • Bake the pizza until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly. This will take about 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven.
  • Serve the pizza hot and fresh. Muffaletta pizza is best enjoyed when it is hot out of the oven. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
