Time 20m

Yield 15 cookies

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons honey (I used a creamy one)
200 g mixed seeds, and kernels (I used sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds)
50 g raisins (optional, but I would include them)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and drop by teaspoons on a paper-lined baking sheet leaving some space between the cookies.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until nicely browned.
  • Let cool completely on baking sheet. If you want to store them keep them in an airtight container in a dry place.
  • Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will ensure that your cookies turn out flavorful and delicious.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the cookies tough. Mix the dough just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies at the correct temperature. The recipe will specify the correct temperature. If you bake the cookies at too low a temperature, they will be soft and chewy. If you bake them at too high a temperature, they will be hard and dry.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before serving. This will allow the flavors to develop and the cookies to firm up.

Conclusion:

Muesli cookies are a delicious and healthy snack that are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a variety of different recipes to choose from, you are sure to find a muesli cookie recipe that you love.
