2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1/2 cup olive oil

Steps:
